Who We Are

AAAR Hotels was founded in 2008 with the goal of making it easier for travelers to find the right hotel for their needs. We began by partnering with a small number of hotels in major cities in USA and We have grown to offer our services to customers in the USA. Today, we are proud to be the go-to source for hotel information and reservations, and we look forward to continuing to provide our customers with the best possible experience.

Founded by Bhavesh Patel and Kiran Bhakta in 2008. We have grown via purchasing strategic acquisitions. We started our first hotel in 2008. Currently we own and manage independent and branded hotels.

TIMELINE

  • 1996

    Founder & CEO, Bhavesh Patel came to America and started a job at Ramada Limited Suites & Super 8 Motel in Marietta, GA.

  • 1999

    Partnered and managed his first properties – Ramada Limited & Econo Lodge.

  • 2001

    Owned and operated his first independent property for 3 years.

  • 2004

    Owned and operated his first franchise property, Super 8 by Wyndham, for 12 years.

  • 2008

    AAAR Hotels was founded.

  • 2025

    Continuing to acquire and manage properties, with development coming soon!
