In this role as Director of Culinary Arts, Paige oversees the AAAR Hotel’s food and beverage (F&B) standards, the development and implementation of new culinary concepts, F&B vendor relations, and provides support to the hotel’s F&B teams to ensure their success and profitability. Paige’s extensive experience in culinary operations positions her to not only set up F&B teams for success but also prepare them for the ever-evolving landscape of the hospitality industry.
